11:30 - 12pm SILENT ART AUCTION

silent auction items

You can email your bid before 10 am on Saturday, August 26 to dshisk@me.com and she will post the bids in the online catalog and on the sheets at the in-person event.  Those in-person will start bidding at 11:30 am.

At 11:30am there will be a breakout room in the live auction Zoom link where those participating in the silent auction will gather. The silent auction host will walk around the silent auction, showing the items that can be bid on, and what the highest bid is currently.

Your silent auction host will continue to walk around the silent auction and take bids made online (through the chat) and transfer them onto the silent auction bidding forms. You can request that the host check the item you are interested in bidding on at any time, to see if you have been outbid. You may make a new bid at any time.  The silent auction will close at noon, when the live auction begins.

12 - 1pm LIVE ART AUCTION
live auction items

Those attending online for the live auction can participate on Zoom (starting at 12 pm PDT), where you will see the pieces displayed, see the auction, and hear the live bidding.  Online participants can bid in the chat.  There are two chat monitors who will then call out your bid for the auctioneer to announce.

Because of the Zoom delay, others may outbid you before your bid is heard.  (It will be easier to make quick bids using a computer instead of a phone or tablet.) But, no worries, we will make sure all online bids are in before closing the bidding and announcing the winner.  If you cannot use the chat, you can tell the auction host your bid verbally and they will post it for you.

Items purchased can be held by Diane for you to pick up later at RCCR in Shoreline (RCCR will be opening soon for in-person intensives!), or shipped to you at your expense.

Art auctions are immediately following the 10 - 11:30am ONLINE GLOBAL FUNDRAISER FOR

Sustaining All Life (SAL) is a global organization that allies with and supports organizations and individuals working to end the climate crisis by offering tools that assist people to address emotional barriers to effective climate organizing and uncover and heal from damage and separation caused by oppression. SAL bases our work in the theory and practice of Re-evaluation Counseling (also known as Co-Counseling or RC).

All co-counselors, their friends and family, are welcome to join any or all of this two-part fundraiser, online or in-person, as we raise money to support SAL activities! Assorted baked goods, drinks, SAL t-shirts, silkscreen prints, and literature will be for sale along with the art at RCCR (Re-evaluation Counseling Community Resources, Inc., administrative office for the International Re-evaluation Counseling Community).

DONATIONS welcome at the event and online
donations made in USD are tax deductible
